Acorn Naturalists
Acorn Naturalists was founded over seventeen years ago by educators interested in developing resources for enhancing science and outdoor learning experiences. We believe that curiosity about the natural world is universal and that science, mathematics, language arts and other subjects can be taught effectively through environment-based education. Walker Art Center

Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden and Bird Sanctuary
Founded in 1907, the 15-acre garden is the oldest public wildflower garden in the nation, and home to over 500 plant species and 140 bird species. The Garden provides 60,000 visitors annually with spectacular seasonal displays of native wildflowers in woodland, wetland and prairie areas. Three Rivers Parks District
Three Rivers Park District is a natural resources-based park system located in the suburban Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area of Minnesota that manages nearly 27,000 acres of park reserves, regional parks, regional trails and special-use facilities. Provided jars of honey and maple syrup.

Brandenburg Gallery
Minnesota photographer, Jim Brandenburg, worked for National Geographic for over 25 years resulting in 19 magazine articles, several television shows, and over 19 books. His photographs have won numerous awards and he won the prestigious World Achievement Award from the United Nations Environmental Programme for "using nature photography to raise public awareness for the environment."
