Birds have a complex system of interspecies communication. Their calls and behaviors broadcast information about things like predators, food sources, and more. Tapping into that communication network is a great tool for learning to see more wildlife, especially predator species. MNA’s next Professional Development Workshop will help you learn how to interpret what bird calls and songs can tell us about what’s going on in our environment.

As part of the workshop, participants will be outside for up to an hour; during that time, you will be relatively inactive, so you really need to dress warmly. Bring a bag lunch, beverages, a notebook and pencil.

There are a limited number of openings for this member-only workshop. Register early to save your spot.

> Maximum of 25 participants.
> Directions to Wargo Nature Center.
